Useful Gym Machines – part 1

I’m somewhat sceptical about most gym machines, being a big fan of the move away from static, isolated muscle strength training (using a typical gym machine) and towards exercise approaches combining variety, total body movement and integration, and intensity interval training.

But with that in mind, this board (see the video below) ought to be a mainstay of all gyms. It allows a precise focus on developing power in the TPC (thoraco-pelvic-cyclinder) and the integration of this TPC to the all-important hip flexors (which are more than just the famous psoas muscle).
